RETURNS & REFUNDS POLICY
We hope that you will be very happy with the quality of the goods you receive from Educational Toys however; if for any reason you do wish to return any items from your order, you must inform us by email at firstname.lastname@example.org within 7 days of receiving your order. You then have a further 7 days (from informing us) to return the items for a refund. Items must be returned to us unused, in their original packaging and suitable for resale. We will then issue a refund (not including return delivery charges) within 3 working days of receiving the return.
Please include the packing slip in your parcel and post it to our returns address below.
If you receive a faulty/damaged item please notify us as soon as possible (and no later than 7 days after receiving your order) at email@example.com quoting your order number and details of the fault.
You should then return the item/s to us within the next 7 days for a full refund or replacement.
We will do our best to quickly sort out your problem but please note we are unable to issue any replacements or refunds until the original item has been returned to us at the following address:

Please note that we cannot take responsibility for returned items that fail to reach us or go missing in the post. We recommend you use recorded delivery and obtain insurance, as proof of posting is not proof of receipt.
Cancellation before dispatch.
If you wish to cancel your order and inform us prior to us dispatching it we will either edit your order or issue you with a full refund. Contact us on 0845 207 5686
Refunds (if applicable)
Once your return is received and inspected, we will send you an email to notify you that we have received your returned item. We will also notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund.
If you are approved, then your refund will be processed, and a credit will automatically be applied to your credit card or original method of payment, within a certain amount of days.
Late or missing refunds (if applicable)
If you haven’t received a refund yet, first check your bank account again.
Then contact your credit card company, it may take some time before your refund is officially posted.
Next contact your bank. There is often some processing time before a refund is posted.

Sale items (if applicable)
Only regular priced items may be refunded, unfortunately sale items cannot be refunded.
Exchanges (if applicable)
We only replace items if they are defective or damaged. If you need to exchange it for the same item, send us an email at Team@EducationalToys.co.uk and send your item to: Unit 6 Aston Down, Frampton Mansell GB GL6 8GA.

You will be responsible for paying for your own shipping costs for returning your item. Shipping costs are non-refundable. If you receive a refund, the cost of return shipping will be deducted from your refund.
Depending on where you live, the time it may take for your exchanged product to reach you, may vary.
